During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing, GOP Rep. Clay Higgins accused the FBI of deploying “ghost buses” filled with informants dressed as Trump supporters into the Capitol on Jan. 6.

He pressed FBI Director Christopher Wray for answers, referencing previous inquiries and testimony from a former FBI assistant director.

Wray declined to confirm the presence of informants at the “Stop the Steal” rally or their involvement in the Capitol events. (Trending: Judge Issue Major Ruling On Transgender Procedures For Kids)

Higgins also pointed to buses arriving in D.C. in the early hours of Jan. 6, which he claimed were painted white and carried FBI informants.

“You know what a ghost vehicle is, director? You’re the director of the FBI, you certainly should. You know what a ghost bus is?” Higgins pressed

“A ghost bus?” Wray asked. “I’m not sure I’ve used that term before.”

“Pretty common in law enforcement,” Higgins said.

“It’s a vehicle that’s used for secret purposes. It’s painted over.”

“These two buses in the middle here, they were the first to arrive at Union Station on Jan. 6 [at 5 a.m.] I have all this evidence. I’m showing you the tip of this iceberg. These two buses were painted completely white,” he said of a photograph.

The exchange was cut short as Higgins was interrupted by Democratic Rep. Glenn Ivey of Maryland, who told the Chairman to cut him off.

“May I close this statement?” Higgins pressed.

“No,” Chairman Green said. “I think your time is expired.”

“This is a very significant hearing, Mr. Chairman, and these buses are nefarious in nature and were filled with FBI informants dressed as Trump supporters, deployed into our Capitol on Jan. 6.”

“Your day is coming, Mr. Wray,” he concluded.
