Former U.S. Women’s National Team star Carli Lloyd admitted that the team lost to a bunch of 15-year-old boys.

She also disclosed another incident when the USWNT lost to a boys’ youth team in Germany and confessed that boys are bigger, faster, and stronger than adult women.

While participating in a Questions & Answer segment on X, Lloyd was asked if her USWNT team “lost to a bunch of 15 year old boys?”

“What’s up Alexi? Yes it’s true. I know…thousands of people have already brought that up. They were good. We actually lost to a youth Bayern Munich team in my career as well but then we went on to win Olympics and World Cups. So….” confessed the soccer pro.

Continuing, “Haha. They should beat us. Bigger, stronger, faster! Boys always gave us a run for our money! It was great prep.”

This admission is likely to attract backlash from those who argue that there is no difference between boys and girls in sports.
