A recent poll showing President Trump leading in key swing states has led to discussions among Democrats about replacing Biden in the 2024 election.
Senior Obama adviser David Axelrod suggested Biden consider dropping out, prompting Biden to lash out and call Axelrod a “p—k.”
Axelrod, in response, brushed off the insult.
On CNN International, Kasie Hunt said to David Axelrod, "since we're live in London," I can't say on air."
Politico reported that Biden called you a p—k.
"It starts with a P and ends with a K."

The exchange occurred after Axelrod raised concerns about Biden’s reelection chances, suggesting that Biden should consider stepping aside for the good of the country.
“Only @JoeBiden can make this decision. If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. What he needs to decide is whether that is wise; whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s?” Axelrod asked.
“It’s very late to change horses,” added Axelrod.
This came on the same day as new polling showing Biden trailing Trump in key battleground states for a potential 2024 match-up.
“He wouldn’t be the first, I guess, in my many years in politics,” Axelrod said of Biden.
“Listen, I understand he was irritated because I raised concerns that many, many Democrats had. And again, my feeling is either get out or get going.”
