A migrant caravan heading to the U.S. southern border has grown to over 7,000 people, according to one of its organizers.

The caravan primarily includes migrants from South American countries, as well as China.

The Chinese migrants typically fly into Ecuador, and then head north towards the U.S. border. (Trending: Obama’s Ignorant Remarks On Israel)

The caravan poses a challenge for the Biden administration, which has been strongly criticized for its handling of the immigration crisis.

The organizer believes that the administration has allowed the crisis to worsen and accused leaders of Latin American countries of exploiting the situation.

“I believe the Biden administration has dropped the ball. A lot of the countries are fueling this immigration by … transporting people in,” caravan organizer Irineo Mujica said.

“I am completely stunned. Where is the American intelligence? Don’t they know that all the countries are conspiring against the United States to make sure they have this crisis being made so they could charge for that crisis?” he added.

The number of Chinese migrants crossing the border has significantly increased, with over 20,000 arrests between January and September.

Chinese online influencers have popularized the route and provided instructions on how to navigate and deal with immigration officers.
