Pro-Palestinian protesters vandalized the White House fence by dousing it with red paint and tagged a nearby statue with graffiti and Palestinian flags.

The protest, which coincided with massive protests in Washington, called for the end of Israel and chanted “F— Joe Biden” while expressing support for the Palestinian uprising.

The Secret Service reported no arrests, but the Metropolitan police claimed one arrest was made. (Trending: Is It Time For Joe Biden To Drop Out Of 2024?)

The protests reflect growing support for the Palestinian solidarity movement and a desire for change.

Director of advocacy at the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, Iman Abid-Thompson, said the protests are “a testament of just how much more support has grown around the Palestinian solidarity movement and that people really want to see change come.”

“This has now become a choice of morality. And I think you either choose to speak up and support the Palestinians or you choose to support a genocide,” he added.

Jewish community representatives criticized the protesters, accusing them of supporting a terrorist organization.

“They are just incredibly misguided, uninformed and reactionary, and history will judge they have put themselves on the side of supporting terrorists versus a democracy trying to defend itself,” Ron Halber, executive director for the Jewish Community Relations Group said.

Some protesters aimed their message at Biden’s re-election campaign, stating that there would be no votes if a ceasefire was not called for.

“[It’s] the language of votes,” Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American Islamic Relations, stated.

“Our message is no ceasefire, no votes…. No votes in Michigan. No votes in Arizona. No votes in Georgia…. No votes for you anywhere, if you do not call for a ceasefire now,” Awad said.
