A second woman, Jeanne Bellino, has filed a lawsuit accusing Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler of assaulting her when she was a teenager in 1975.

Bellino alleges that Tyler forcibly kissed and groped her, and engaged in sexual acts against her will in a phone booth and later at a hotel.

She claims that Tyler’s entourage witnessed the incidents but did nothing to intervene.

“While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth. As Tyler was mauling and groping Plaintiff, he was humping her pretending to have sex with Plaintiff.”

“Others stood by outside the phone booth laughing and as passersby watched and witnessed, nobody in the entourage intervened,” the lawsuit reads.

“Tyler’s p—- was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants.”

Bellino states that she has suffered long-term physical and psychological injuries as a result of the alleged assault.

This comes almost a year after another woman, Julia Misley, sued Tyler with similar accusations, which he and his attorneys have denied.
