Actress and model Jena Sims has been named a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie for the 2024 issue.
The announcement was made after the magazine welcomed all the Swim Search finalists who walked in their annual Swim Week runway show.
Sims, who is married to pro golfer Brooks Koepka, said the news was “her biggest goal in life” and that she plans to use the platform to continue her nonprofit events with the Pageant of Hope and other charitable partnerships. (Trending: Judge Declines To Recuse From Trump 2024 Ballot Case)

“I filmed my audition video almost exactly a year ago and so much has happened since then!” celebrated Sims. “My initial reaction was instant tears. I was on the Zoom call… in Miami waiting to get my hair done! I had instant tears. I cry all over again re-watching the SI Swimsuit announcement video where it shows everyone’s initial reactions.”
The former Miss Teen USA also discussed her relationship with Koepka, saying that they enjoy watching trash reality TV shows together and dining at casual restaurants.
